We have a range of machines for different market needs. Below are some of the available models

1. PLATERITE HD 8900 Z/S/E (THERMAL PLATERITE)

It has a maximum output speed of over 60pph using 1024 channels of GLV technology.
It handles plates of maximum size of 1165mm*950mm and minimum size of 304*305mm, maximum exposure size is 1165*938mm.
Range of resolutions;
1200/2400/2438/2540/4000dpi
The 4000dpi comes as an option for high resolution applications.
The machine comes with an optimal autoloader of upto 5 cassettes each cassette has a capacity of 100 plates. It is inline to processor and upto 8 punches.

2. PLATERITE 8800 (THERMAL PLATERITE) ZX/Z/S/E B1

Has a range of 4 different modules with maximum plate size of 1160*940mm and minimum of 304*370 mm.
Output (plate) speed is upto 51pph with GLV light exposure of upto 1024 channels.
Range of resolutions is; 1200/2400/2438/2540/4000 dpi
4000dpi comes as an option for HD job applications.
The machine comes with an optional auto loader of upto 5 cassettes of 100 plates each capacity. It is also inline to processor and has upto 8 punches.

3. PlateRite 4600N-Z/S/E

4 page Thermal Plate Recorder New high-end model delivers outstanding performance for 4-page thermal CtP systems! SCREEN’s new PlateRite 4600N-Z, S and E CtP systems enable consistent production of high-quality printing plates. The high-end PlateRite 4600N-Z delivers an impressive throughput of up to 33 plates per hour. The exposure heads used in the PlateRite 4600 series have been enhanced with the addition of new fiber laser diodes. These diodes enable the reproduction of sharper halftone dots, significantly improving print quality. All systems can also be equipped with an option that supports plate sizes smaller than the standard settings (270 x 278 mm).

Optimized production line using process-less plates
All PlateRite 4600N models are compatible with process-less plates offered by a range of manufacturers. These plates greatly reduce both the chemicals and electricity used in processing units after exposure.
All models also support waterless plates, which eliminate the need to process waste liquid (dampening solution) and significantly reduce environmental impact. The PlateRite 4600N series makes it possible to choose the optimal printing method and plate type for any situation, enabling the construction of a highly flexible production line.

Autoloader maximizes productivityAn autoloader system can be installed to automate all processes from plate loading through exposure, transport and developing to discharge.
Two types of systems are available. While the SA-L4600N single-cassette autoloader accepts one cassette containing up to 100 plates of the same size, the MA-L4600N multi-cassette autoloader can handle three separate cassettes with up to 100 plates each.

The PTR4600N can handle plate sizes ranging from a minimum of 270 x 278 mm (10.7″ x 11″) right up to 830 x 680 mm (32.6″ x 26.8″). This makes it compatible with an even wider variety of presses.

4. EQUIOS UNIVERSAL WORKFLOW AUTOFLOW

The autoflow concept underpins Equios, which grew out of the integration of screen's ctp and POD (Print on Demand) knowhow.
Two factors are critical for improvement in prepress and press process; efficient handling of highly specialised tasks and induction of the number of operations.
Autoflow realized labor saving on the shop floor with smart operation that eliminates hesitation and repetition and a nonstopo automation feature for all processes up to and including output.
